Mumbi Trust EME Certificate

If your Trust’s turnover is below R10 million per year, then you qualify as an Exempted Micro Enterprise (EME) certificate.Alternatively, it also includes entities that have recently been incorporated and have been operating for less than one year.

EMEs are exempt from the provisions of the B-BBEE Scorecard. This means that you are automatically B-BBEE Compliant and do not need to take any BEE measures at all or adjust your business in any way.
